I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, perfect for a family room that exceeded my expectations, a rare find in Taxim. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate our needs and being incredibly friendly. The location was superb, just 5 minutes away from Taxim Seq, metro, taxis, and tram, yet offering a peaceful and quiet sleep in modern, clean rooms. The dining options were nice, and the facilities were great.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. They were quick to assist with anything we needed and spoke both Arabic and English, making communication effortless. Special thanks to Ferhaan & kan3an for their exceptional service.

The hotel's location was very convenient, close to Taxim square and within a short walking distance to many good restaurants. Despite being near the bustling area, the soundproofing was so good that I enjoyed peaceful and quiet nights in the comfortable beds.

The hotel had clean rooms with a great bathroom and a decent-sized safe box. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, ready to go the extra mile in customer service. The location was perfect for first-time visitors to Istanbul, being close to good restaurants and the city center. The dining experience was average, with limited food options, and the outside surroundings were not very clean.
